Blepharoplasty Patient 1
This 42 year-old gentleman presented to my office in Frisco, Texas complaining that his eyes often had a “tired” appearance. He felt that compared to the rest of his face, this difference was quite noticeable.
Of particular concern to this patient was that any procedure performed did not produce a obvious, overdone result. His primary goal was for a ‘natural’ and subtle change.
To achieve his goals, I recommended that both an upper and lower eyelid procedure (more commonly known as “blepharoplasty”) be performed. Ultimately, the patient’s operation included removal of excess skin from his upper and lower eyelids as well as removing the herniated fat from the compartments around the eye.
The before and after photos seen here demonstrate his result. The patient was pleased with his result.
